黄土科学全国重点实验室(筹)主任/副主任全球招聘启事

  “黄土科学全国重点实验室(筹)”由连续7次国家评优的黄土与第四纪地质国家重点实验室(官网:http://www.llqg.ac.cn)优化重组而成。新国重面向全球变化背景下黄土高原脆弱生态保护、链生灾害防控和黄河水沙关系调节的重大需求,围绕全球气候变化、黄土高原环境响应与安全、生态屏障建设与水沙关系等三个主攻方向开展研究,为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供关键理论与核心技术支撑。根据国重筹建方案需要,面向全球招聘国重主任和副主任各1名。

  一、招聘岗位与条件 

  1. 实验室主任1 

  (1) 研究方向与重点实验室主攻方向一致,国内外同行专家认可的领军人才,战略视野开阔、科学素养深厚,前瞻性判断力、跨学科理解能力、组织领导能力强; 

  (2) 海外引进人才要求有海外知名高校院所副教授以上或相当学术资历,国内引进人才要求具有一流高校或国家级科研院所教授或相当资历; 

  (3) 年龄一般不超过50周岁,政治素质好,作风学风优良,能全职到岗工作。 

  2. 实验室副主任1 

  (1) 研究方向与重点实验室主攻方向一致,为本领域具有卓越创新能力和发展潜力的拔尖人才,具备良好的科研组织能力、团队协作精神和管理能力; 

  (2) 有海内外知名高校或科研院所相关领域开展高水平科研工作经历,取得同行认可的基础研究或技术研发等创新性成果; 

  (3) 年龄一般不超过42周岁,政治素质好,作风学风优良,能全职到岗工作。    

  二、岗位待遇和保障 

  按照高层次人才相关规定,研究所将提供良好的科研条件保障和生活待遇,具体如下: 

  主任候选者聘为正高级专业技术岗位,薪酬待遇按照领军人才执行协议薪酬,提供科研启动经费(800),提供安家费,独立组建科研团队,办理地方人才认定、落户,解决子女入托入学等。 

  副主任入选者聘为正高级专业技术岗位,薪酬待遇按照骨干人才执行协议薪酬,提供科研启动经费(600),提供安家费,办理地方人才认定、落户,解决子女入托入学等。

  Global Recruitment of State Key Laboratory of Loess Science (Xi’an, China) 

    

  State Key Laboratory of Loess Science (SKLLS) is currently undergoing a reorganization, transitioning from the State Key Laboratory of Loess and Quaternary Geology (website: http://www.llqg.ac.cn), which has received seven consecutive national awards for excellence. In alignment with the nation's significant strategic priorities, the newly revamped State Key Laboratory will continue to spearhead research efforts in the domains of global climate change, regional environmental responses, and human adaptation. It aims to contribute key theories and core technologies to support the ecological preservation of the Chinese Loess Plateau and the high-quality development of the entire Yellow River catchment area. 

  Dynamic research team: The academic faculty of SKLLS is led by members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the US National Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Europe and the World Academy of Sciences for the Advancement of Science in Developing Countries. 

  World-class research platform: SKLLS has the largest sediment core repository in China, and an outstanding analytical platform including accelerator mass spectrometry clusters. SKLLS also operates two field observation stations in the Chinese Loess Plateau and Guanzhong Plain. 

  The cradle of talents: To date, apart from three scientists from IEECAS have been honored as members of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and 18 colleagues have been awarded Distinguished Young Scholars by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. 

    

  Open positions and requirements 

  SKLLS invites individuals with expertise in Earth System Science, including but not limited to global climate change, Quaternary geology, ecology, hydrogeology, environmental science and engineering, and environmental geochemistry to apply for the positions of Director and/or Deputy Director.  

  For international applicants, a minimum requirement is having served as an Associate Professor or equivalent in a prestigious overseas scientific research institution or university. Domestic applicants should have held professorial or equivalent positions in top universities or national research institutes. 

  The candidate should possess the capability to comprehend the dynamics and development trajectory of the field, along with visionary strategic planning skills. Candidates seeking Director/Deputy Director positions should showcase exceptional proficiency in management and coordination skills.  

    

  Remuneration & Benefits: 

  The successful candidate will be appointed as a Senior Researcher with an attractive package, including a competitive salary, start-up funding, and relocation allowance. SKLLS prioritizes supporting independent team building and assisting with local talent registration, local settlement and arrangements for the dependent’s schooling.
